After pressing on Buy, you will be redirected to paypals secure webpage, where you can either choose to pay with your credit-card or pay with your PayPal account by logging in to your PayPal account.

You can still pay without having a PayPal account, just use the credit-card option to the left when you come to the paypal site. Accepted credit card types are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. After a successful payment, you will be redirected to the upload section, where you can start uploading your music.
